Summary

Nos 33 and 35 are a pair of mid 19th century houses of red brick with a hipped slate roof. This two storey building has a central brick ridge chimney. There is a later 19th century extension to the left of No 33, with a square-fronted bay to the left. The red brick boundary wall adjoining No 33 has a tablet inscribed: Erected /1822/W. Shalders.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Pair of houses. Mid 19th century. Red brick; hipped slate roof; central brick ridge chimney. Two storeys, attic and basement; two first-floor windows. No. 33 entered from the side. Panelled part-glazed door with plain overlight is flanked by plain pilasters and fluted columns supporting a triglyph frieze and hood with modillion cornice. No. 35 has similar doorcase with panelled reveals in wing set back to right...Later 19th-century extension to left of No. 33 with square-fronted bay to left...Red brick boundary wall adjoining No. 33 has tablet: Erected /1822/W. Shalders."
