Summary

This house has been split into two properties. It dates to the early 19th century and has a rendered exterior and pantile roof with two yellow brick chimneys. The windows have large-paned sashes with moulded architraves and keyblocks. There are also decorative bargeboards with finials on each gable.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Early 19th century. Rendered with rusticated quoins; pantile roof; two yellow brick chimneys. Two storeys; two first-floor windows, symmetrical. Door has six raised and fielded panels with plain overlight flanked by two pilasters with plain cornice and simple hood. Windows have large-paned sashes with moulded architraves and keyblocks."
