Summary

This early 19th century house has a rendered exterior and a hipped slate roof. The house has two storeys and a basement. The ground-floor windows have moulded wooden architraves and all windows have sashes with glazing bars. A later two-storey lean-to exists on the right.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Early 19th century. Rendered. Hipped slate roof; two yellow brick chimneys. Two storeys and basement. Three first-floor windows. Central six-panelled (four glazed) door has plain overlight with late 19th century glazing. Panelled reveals are flanked by fluted pilasters supporting a triglyph frieze and a hood with modillions."
