Summary

This house dates to the early 19th century. It is made from yellow brick with a hipped concrete tile roof. The building's bays are defined by brick pilasters. The cast iron verandah on the three right bays has a 20th century plastic roof. The roof has overhanging eaves.

House. Early 19th century. Yellow brick; hipped concrete tile roof; central brick ridge chimney and one end stack; two storeys; four first-floor windows with bays defined by brick pilasters. Half-glazed double doors to right of centre have glazing bars with margin lights. Similar French windows to all ground-floor rooms. Cast iron verandah on three right bays has 20th century plastic roof. First-floor windows have sashes with glazing bars under flat gauged brick arches. Overhanging eaves. 20th century greenhouse to left.
