Summary

This house dates to the late 19th century. It has a yellow brick façade, rendered side walls and a hipped slate roof featuring three yellow brick chimneys. It is entered from the right side with steps up to a panelled door.The roof has a modillion eaves cornice.

Listing Description excerpt:
"House. Late 19th century. Yellow brick facade; rendered side walls; hipped slate roof; three yellow brick chimneys, two storeys; three first-floor windows. Entered from the right side with steps up to a panelled door. Overlight flanked by pilasters with modillion cornice. Two-storey canted bay to left has modillion string course...This property is not shown on Morant's Map of Norwich, 1873."

The forecourt wall, gates and gate piers to No 12 Lime Tree Road were separately listed Grade II in April 1986. These are now recorded as NHER 66891.
