The Eagles Public House, Newmarket Road.
June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House, now public house. Mid 19th century. Red brick; slate roof; gable-end brick chimneys. Two storeys; three first-floor windows, symmetrical. Half-glazed panelled door has overlight with glazing bars in simple moulded doorcase with panelled reveals. Sixteen-pane sash windows have flat gauged brick arches. Brick kneelers to gables. Later single-storey extensions to left and right each with a sixteen-pane sash window."
