73 and 75, Newmarket Road
June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Pair of houses. Mid 19th century. Yellow brick; slate roof; central brick ridge chimney. Two storeys; four first-floor windows. Panelled doors to right and left. (No. 23, glazed) have plain overlights flanked by pilasters supporting porches on two plain square columns. Sixteen-pane sash windows have flat gauged brick arches. Moulded eaves cornice."
