Summary

This house dates to the early/mid 19th century. It is built from yellow brick with a rendered plinth and has a hipped slate roof. Each bay of the building is defined by brick pilasters with recessed panels and rendered caps. Pilasters and two pairs of Ionic columns on a raised step support a large porch with plain entablature. A later 19th century extension lies to the rear. The owner dates the building to 1823/4 from deeds.

"House. Early/mid 19th century. Yellow brick with rendered plinth; hipped slate roof, two storeys and cellar. Three first floor windows. Bays defined by brick pilasters with recessed panels and rendered caps. Centre bay slightly recessed; small blind bay to left has recessed panels."
