Summary

A solid-looking yellow brick solicitor's office in the Classical style with a date plaque of 1877, three storeys high with a dormer window and a half basement. The street façade has five window bays, the central three bays projecting forward. The arches over the sash windows are decorated with floral roundels and the monogram CHS.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Office. Dated 1877 on plaque. Yellow brick and hipped slate roof with hipped dormer. Three storeys plus half basement. Five bays, the three central bays projecting forward. Horizontal rustication on the plinth, quoins and pilasters."
