Listing Description Excerpt:
"Pair of houses. Early 19th century. Red brick and black pantile roof. Two storeys. Three widely spaced first floor windows. Central passage entry with semi- circular arch. Flanking doors with pilaster and architrave surrounds with round-headed sunk panels and corner roundels. Flat hoods."

October 1978. Building Survey.
Examined as part of Norwich Survey.
Pair of houses that date to c. 1825 and form a symmetrical red brick block with an axial through passage. Access was gained to No 20 which had an original fireplace in the ground floor front room and an unusual arrangement of stairs over a lobby to the ground floor back room. Scullery block complete for No 20 but lost on No 18.
