Summary

Nos 12 and 13 are a pair of early to mid-19th-century houses of yellow brick with a slate roof. This two storey building has three brick ridge chimneys, and there is a canted two-storey bay to the left which has a string course and a hipped slate roof.

"Pair of houses. Early/mid 19th century. Yellow brick; slate roof; three brick ridge chimneys. Two storeys; six first-floor windows; each unit symmetrical. Rusticated brick quoins."
