Summary

Hill Farm Cottages are a pair of dwellings built in the mid 19th century. The north front is of red brick, and the section to the garden front is of flint rubble with yellow brick details. This two storey house has a hipped pantile roof and two brick chimneys.

"Hill Farm Cottages, Sprowston Road.
Pair of cottages. Mid 19th century. Red brick on north front; flint rubble to garden front with yellow brick details; hipped pantile roof; two brick chimneys, two storeys, garden front is a two window range with wings set back to right and left, each with one first window above ribbed doors in rusticated brick surrounds."
