Summary

This house dates to the late 19th century but has later additions. It is built from yellow brick with a hipped slate roof featuring four brick chimneys. The building has plain string courses and a modillion cornice. A post-1885 extension lies to the rear.

"House. Late 19th century with later additions. Yellow brick; hipped slate roof; four brick chimneys. Two storeys; three first-floor windows, symmetrical. Two long steps up to six-panelled door and plain overlight with cambered head. Canted bays to left and right with three light windows. Plain string courses...Post-1885 extension to rear. This property is not shown on Morant's Map of Norwich, 1873."
