Summary

No 213 is a former pair of houses, now combined into a house and office. The building is dated 1847 on a plaque, and is of flint with brick dressings. This two storey building has a hipped pantile roof and two bays.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Formerly a pair of houses now house and office. 1847 on plaque. Flint with brick dressings. Pantile roof two storeys. Two bays. Doors at extreme left and in right-hand side wall. Sash windows with glazing bars. Rusticated quoins and window surrounds. Brick cill-course. Fascia cornice and hipped roof."
