Summary

This house is now a college. It dates to around 1840 and is made of yellow brick with rendered details. Individual bays are defined by pilasters and the building is entered from the left side through a plain rendered porch. All the windows have sashes with glazing bars under flat gauged brick arches. Two first-floor rendered balconies are supported by decorative brackets.
