March 1982. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Former terraced houses, now brewery. Early 19th century. Red brick. Pantile roof. Each house:- two storeys. Single bay. Side door with simple pilasters, architrave and hood. 20th century casements with rubbed brick flat arches. Box cornice."
