Summary

This house is now five flats. The building dates to the mid 19th century and is constructed from yellow brick with a hipped slate roof. A canted two-storey bay to the left of centre has a dentilled stringcourse and three sixteen-pane sash windows on each floor. The roof features a bracket cornice with an open pediment below a plain brick parapet.

"House, now five flats. Mid 19th century. Yellow brick; hipped slate roof, four brick chimneys. Two storeys; six first-floor windows. Entered by 20th century doors to side. Canted two-storey bay to left of centre has dentilled stringcourse and three sixteen-pane sash windows on each floor."
