Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Early 19th century. Red brick and black pantile roof. Two storeys, three bays. Central door with attached fluted Tuscan columnar elliptical fanlight with rubbed brick arch and Adam tracery. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars(apart from first floor right)and rubbed brick flat arches. Good interior details."

October 1978. Building Survey.
Examined as part of Norwich Survey.
Fine double-fronted late Georgian house shown on map of 1830. The interior is well preserved and contains many original fittings, as well as its original room arrangements. The original scullery block with room above retains its original separation from the main block, being reached through a conservatory that runs along the back of the main block. First floor has five bedrooms and box boom, all in bad condition.
