Summary

Nos 20 and 21 are a pair of early 19th-century red brick houses on a rendered plinth. This two-storey building has a pantile roof and a central, part-rendered, brick ridge chimney. The side wall of No 21 is rendered above a 20th-century lean-to brick-fronted garage.

"Pair of houses. Early 19th century. Red brick with rendered plinth; pantile roof; central part-rendered brick ridge chimney. Two storeys; four first-floor windows. Six-panelled (two glazed) doors to right and left have simple doorcases with pilasters. No 21 has panelled reveals. Windows have mostly sixteen-pane sashes under flat gauged brick arches. Box cornice to No 21. Gables have low parapets. Side wall of No 21 is rendered above 20th-century lean-to brick-fronted garage."
