"Includes No 30 St. Stephen's Road. Pair of houses. Early 19th century. Yellow brick façade; hipped slate roof; central brick ridge chimney and two end stacks with other chimneys to rear. Two storeys; five first-floor windows, symmetrical…Box cornice. Similar façade to St. Stephen's Road."
