Summary

This house dates to the mid 19th century but has later additions. The external brickwork has been painted, including the ridge chimneystacks. A ground-floor cast iron verandah with a glazed roof extends around the left facade. A later two-storey gabled extension of one bay has been added to the right of the building.

Listing Description excerpt:
"House. Mid 19th century, with later additions. Painted brick; gable fronted concrete tile roof with two painted brick ridge chimneys, two storeys; two first-floor windows to street frontage with bays defined by pilasters. Entered from the left side. Windows have sashes with glazing bars. Ground-floor case iron verandah with glazed roof extends around the three-window range of the left facade. Brick pediment and overhanging eaves with moulded purlins to street frontage. Later two-storey gabled extension of one bay to right has a large-parted sash window and a small chimney."
