Summary

This house dates to the mid 19th century. It is made from yellow brick with a slate roof. The bays are defined by brick pilasters with recessed panels. The central gable has overhanging eaves above a round gauged brick arch. The attached red brick wall to the left has iron gates with fleur-de-lys heads flanked by yellow brick gate piers, and leads to a stable yard at the rear.

House. Mid 19th century. Yellow brick; slate roof; two rear brick chimneys. Two storeys; three first-floor windows; bays defined by brick pilasters with recessed panels. Central six-panelled door has fanlight with glazing bars in triple recessed round-headed gauged brick arch. Tripartite ground-floor windows have louvred shutters and wooden pediments. Sashes with glazing bars throughout. Central gable has overhanging eaves above a round gauged brick arch. Later (?) hipped wing to right at rear has similar pilasters. Attached red brick wall to left has iron gates with fleur-de-lys heads flanked by yellow brick gate piers, leading to stable yard at rear.
