June 1981. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"17th/18th century house divided into two cottages and encased in red brick in 19th century. Steep black glazed pantile roof with gabled ends. Rebuilt central chimney stack. Two storeys. Two window range. 19th century 3-light casements, ground floor flat rubbed brick arches."
