June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 18th century, two-storey, timber-framed, plastered. Five windows, casements. No 30, six-panel fielded door in wood case with dentil pediment. No 33, part slightly overhanging, north. No 31, number painted over, now incorporated with No 30."
