Listing Description Excerpt:
"18th century, three storeys, three windows, stippled rendering. Mutular eaves cornice. First floor sash windows with glazing bars. Ground floor somewhat projecting shop front with wood case, and central entrance with fanlight. Front terrace with central steps up and brick retaining wall with square piers."
