Summary

This single storey timber-framed building is a wing of Dolphin House, a 16th-century dwelling and former inn (NHER 12021). It is listed Grade II, altough it is thought to be of similar age to the main building (which is listed Grade II*).

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Part of Dolphin House [NHER 12021]. Early 16th century, two-storey and attic, timber-framed, Pantiles. Overhang on North. Moulded and carved beams. Brick base. Part with cellar. Former inn, north-east corner and one-storey wing against."
