November 1976. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Red brick. Black glazed pantile roof with gabled ends. Overhanging moulded eaves. Wide plain brick pilaster at centre of front. Two storeys. Two sashes with glazing bars on each floor in moulded casing, plus one first floor casement with glazing bars. Panelled doors in segmental-headed openings."
