Summary

Sunnyside probably dates to the 17th or 18th century, and is encased in 19th or 20th century brick with a steeply pitched pantile roof with gable ends. The building has two storeys, and a porch with a gabled hood. There is a central brick chimney stack and a 19th or 20th century two-storey addition to the west end, with a lower pitched pantile roof.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Probably 17th or 18th century, encased in 19th or 20th century brick. Steeply pitched pantile roof with gable ends. Two storeys. First floor one window, ground floor two windows, later two and three-light casements, porch with gabled hood. Central brick chimney stack."
