Summary

Point House dates to the early 19th century and is constructed of red brick with a slate hipped roof. The building has two storeys and a central pilastered doorcase with entablature. There is a 17th century wing at rear, constructed from rendered timber-framing, with steeply pitched gable-ended roof of black glazed pantiles.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Red brick. Slate hipped roof. Two storeys. Three windows. Sashes with glazing bars, flat brick arches. Central pilastered doorcase with entablature, panelled reveals, rectangular fanlight and fielded panel door. 17th century wing at rear, rendered timber-framing, with steeply pitched gable-ended roof of black glazed pantiles."
