Summary

Formerly known as Dairy Farm, this is a 17th century and later rendered timber framed house with a tiled roof. The ground floor at the front has been faced with brick with the first floor has sham timber framing. There is a later two storey addition on the east end.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"17th century timber-frame house, rendered. Front ground floor brick faced with first floor sham timber framing. Steep tiled roof with gabled ends. Brick chimneystack off centre and at end. Two storeys and attic (attic window in gable
end). First floor three modern casements, ground floor sashes, all with glazing bars."
