April 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Dates to about 1870. Gothic style house of gault brick with a pantiled roof. Two storeys and three bays. Central porch with crenellated parapet and single light window above. Other windows two and three light with brick mullions and original casements with single horizontal glazing bars."
