Summary

This two storey Gothic style house is of pale brick with a pantiled roof. It dates to about 1870. The façade has three window bays and a central crenellated porch. The property has brick mullioned windows and ornamental chimneys with triangular projections. Around the front garden are the original hoop and spear metal iron railings.

April 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Dates to about 1870. Gothic style house of gault brick with a pantiled roof. Two storeys and three bays. Central porch with crenellated parapet and single light window above. Other windows two and three light with brick mullions and original casements with single horizontal glazing bars."
