September 1960. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Early 19th century. Brick. Slate roof. Plan of two parallel three-cell ranges. Facade of three bays, two storeys. Sash windows with glazing bars. Central six panel door with fanlight having decorative glazing bars; panelled reveals. Fluted Doric half-columns, garlands to the frieze; two pairs of modillions supporting plain cornice."
