June 1972. Listed Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"18th century, two-storey and dormered attics. Red brick. Ogee bracket eaves cornice. Tile roof, hipped. Two-storey added wood, splay bay windows, south.
Interior: excellent fully panelled room next to road, of early 18th century type with pedimented mantel and doors. House divided into four flats."
