Summary

This small dwelling dates to around 1790. It is made from gault brick with a slate roof and is T-shaped in plan. It stands a single storey high and has a pedimented jetty supported on two Ionic columns. The shallow hipped roofs have projecting eaves and an axial chimneystack. A 20th century extension has been added to the rear.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Small dwelling. Dating to around 1790. Probably associated with Sir John Soane. Gault brick with slate roof. T plan. Single storey. Pedimented jetty supported on two Ionic columns. Semicircular headed window and door openings. Windows with glazing bars. Shallow hipped roofs with projecting eaves. Axial chimneystack."
