Full Description
1987. Building Survey.
UEA Historic Farm Building Survey.
L-shaped open shed is all that remained in 1987 of the farm apart from the house, constructed of 19th century yellow brick; also the ruins of a granary-cartlodge of the same material built on the site of a clay lump building. Barns had recently been demolished.

This record previously also detailed a Listed Building known as High Common Cottage. This was due to an erroneous grid reference in the designation record, which placed it in the vicinity of High Common Farm. High Common Cottage in fact lies to the east and is recorded as NHER 18441.
