June 1981. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Probably late 17th century. Timber-frame cottage, rendered. Thatched roof with gabled ends. One storey and attic. Two eyebrow dormers. All modern casements. Two brick chimney stacks, one off centre, the other in north end. Modern doors."
