June 1981. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"18th century cottage. Plastered timber frame. Steep pantile roof with gabled ends. One storey and attic. Attic windows in gable ends. Two windows, casements with glazing bars, two plank doors. Central brick chimney stack. Outshut at rear."
