Summary

Chestnut Farmhouse is an early 18th-century brick building with a roof of black glazed pantiles. This two storey building has a hipped roof and two chimney stacks.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Farmhouse. Early 18th century. Brick with roof of black glazed pantiles. Two storeys in three bays, each bay defined by rusticated quoins. Central half-glazed door set within panelled reveals and under a flat hood. Fenestration of sashes with exposed boxes and glazing bars. Gauged skewback arches. Timber eaves cornice. Hipped roof with flat. Two stacks, one on each return. Rebuilt two-bay rear portion."
