July 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House, now residential home for elderly. Early 19th century. Brick with roof of black glazed pantiles. Two storeys in three bays. Central glazed panel door within timber case. Small consoles under hood. Sash windows with glazing bars and painted gauged skewback arches. Console eaves cornice."
