Summary

No 5 Wilsons Square, Philomel, is a small one-storey 17th-century plastered cottage with a painted brick faced north end wall and a steeply pitched pantile roof with gabled ends. The eastern side has a modern single-storey addition and a modern dormer, and there is a chimney stack at the southern end.

"Small 17th-century cottage. Plastered with painted brick faced north end wall. Steeply pitched pantile roof with gabled ends. One storey and attic. Small casements. Attic window in gable end. East side has modern single-storey addition and modern dormer. Chimney stack at south end."
