June 1981. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"17th century timber framed cottage, encased in red brick in the 19th century. Steep pantile roof with gabled ends with shaped barge boards and finials. Brick chimney stack off centre. One storey and attic. Two gabled dormers with shaped bargeboards and finials and 3-light casements."
