Inspection re extension proposals, August 2011
Extension would require cutting through the wall plate of the timber frame. There is a disused stair on the south side of the axial stack - it is straight with solid baulk treads. Aerial photograph submitted with planning application (2013/0117 & 2013/0118) shows the house before remodelling.
