Summary

This early 19th century house is made from red brick and the low pitched roof has modern tiles. The building has two storeys and three bays, with the outside bays slightly advanced. The ground floor windows are set under cambered brick arches. A two storey lean-to has been added to the south end.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century house. Red brick. Low pitched roof with new tiles and gable ends. Two storeys. Three bays. The outside bays slightly advanced. Pilasters. Sashes with glazing bars, ground floor with cambered brick arches. Central doorway in segmental headed recess. Internal brick chimneystack at each end. "

2008.
Plans are in place to replace the current sloping lean-to roof on the south end with a pitched roof in order to alleviate water damage to the southern gable and raise the ceiling level. The modern conservatory is also to be replaced.
