June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century, timber framed, weather boarded, one storey. Pantiles, hipped, Doric loggia full width with seven columns in front of glazed enclosure. The building stands as a detached island at north of main space of Market Place."
