June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Probably 18th century with alterations. Two storey, two windows, flush frame sash, with glazing bars, at first floor. Plaster, lined and painted. Slate roof. Six-panel door with fanlight and consoles. Brick plinth."
