Late 18th/early 19th century pair of cottages, now one. Roughcast timber-frame. Pantile roof with gabled ends. Central brick chimney stack. Two storeys. Two widely spaced windows. Early 19th century three-light casements. Left and right, two boarded doors.

April 2008.
Proposal to replace the exterior joinery and to re-render the cottage. The south gable would be demolished and the material reused elsewhere on site.
