June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"18/19th century. Two storey, one window each, semi-detached, plastered, red brick front face. Three-light casements, rendered lintels as flat arches at ground floor. Four-panel doors, glazed upper half, trellis perches. Central chimney."
