June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"18th century. No 1, 3-storey 2 windows, stucco, lined and painted. Flush frame sash windows now with centre glazing bars only. Pantiles. 4-panel door, glazed upper half, in case with moulded cornice. Plinth. Mid 19th century shop front with centre entrance and wood case with consoles below cornice."
