Summary

Roseville is a two storey early 19th century cottage with a red brick front and north end wall. The building has a pantile roof with gabled ends, a brick chimney stack at each end and brick dentil eaves. There is a lean-to at the north end and at the rear.

"Early 19th century cottage with red brick front and north end wall. Pantile roof with gabled ends. Brick chimney stack at each end. Brick dentil eaves. Two storeys. Two windows. Early 19th century three-light casements, ground floor in segmental headed openings. Boarded door off centre."
