Summary

Old Beams is a 17th or 18th century plastered timber framed cottage with a steep tiled roof with gabled ends. This two storey building has an off centre brick chimney stack and a later internal stack. There is a modern gabled porch at the centre of the cottage front, and a later lean-to at the rear.
